Conservation advocacy
Bats and biodiversity need a voice!
Bats without Borders is committed to engaging with key stakeholders (e.g. community conservancies, general public, land managers, wildlife organisations, national park staff, conservation NGOs, local government organisation) to promote a positive image of bats and over time to advocate for effective practical conservation measures for their protection based on sound scientific advice.
Initially one of our priority areas will be to engage with land managers to promote bats and to map significant bat roosts. If you know of a cave, sink hole or abandoned mine with bats please let us know.
