Volunteer Coordinator

​Bats without Borders has a unique opportunity for a part-time voluntary Volunteer Coordinator to join our team.

​This role involves working with a diverse and dynamic group of volunteers, and will make a BIG difference to our small organisation through improving our volunteer programme.

​We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in making a difference in the third sector / conservation with a passion for supporting and developing volunteers.

This voluntary Volunteer Coordinator post is an integral role for our small largely volunteer-based NGO. The successful applicant would play a key role in improving our volunteer programme and would provide capacity to enable us to grow our network of volunteers.

Home-based, ideally in central Scotland for occasional meetings but all locations considered for the right applicant.
Eligibility
To be able to volunteer a minimum of 3 - 5 hours per week for at least one year. The role requires some flexibility to work occasionally on evenings or Saturday morning to suit with volunteers' time availability.
